Founded in 1934, the Henry Doorly Zoo has been consistently ranked among the top 10 zoos in the world by TripAdvisor. Named after Omaha utility executive Henry Doorly, who made it his personal project to create a world-class zoo, it features the world's largest indoor desert, the largest indoor rainforest, and the largest dome aquarium.
